Store Policies
Below are my official store policies, but one of the best thing about shopping small is that it is personal.  These policies are here for legal purposes, but please don't let them stop you from contacting me.  My goal is to make sure you are happy with your experience at Amy's Small World, and I will work hard to meet that goal.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as personalized/custom orders, ready to ship items, specially discounted items, as-is items, and gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders/ Customs
While we do welcome international customers, any extra taxes/custom charges are the responsible of the buyer.  Custom charges fluctuate depending on each order and the country, so an estimation cannot be provided.  If the buyer does not wish to pay for the fees for custom/taxes and/or the product is returned back to Amy's Small World because of those fees, a refund will be given for the cost of the product but not for the cost of the shipping.
